3. Accounts & Registration

Depending on your location and calling activities, applicable requirements may include rules relating to telemarketing, automated calls, caller identification, consent, do-not-call requirements, and consumer communications.

Tenxtel does not authorize or encourage unlawful calling practices.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, consents, registrations, or approvals before using Tenxtel services for outbound calling or marketing campaigns.

6. Call Recording & Monitoring

Certain Tenxtel services may allow customers to record, monitor, or analyze telephone calls.

Call recording and monitoring laws vary by jurisdiction. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether notice, consent, or other legal requirements apply to their calls.

By enabling call recording or monitoring features, you confirm that you have the authority and permissions required to use those features in accordance with applicable law.

7. Telephone Numbers

Tenxtel may provide customers with business, virtual, toll-free, or other telephone numbers depending on service availability.

Telephone numbers may be subject to availability, geographic restrictions, telecommunications regulations, carrier requirements, and applicable numbering policies.

A number assigned to your account may not always be transferable, portable, or permanently available. Certain numbers may be reclaimed, changed, suspended, or unavailable due to regulatory or carrier requirements.

8. Billing & Payments

Paid Tenxtel services may be subject to applicable subscription, usage, setup, telecommunications, or other charges communicated during the purchasing process.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges associated with your selected services.

Certain services may incur additional usage or telecommunications charges depending on destination, call type, number type, carrier requirements, or service configuration.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable fees and charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided under the applicable service agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

Tenxtel may rely on telecommunications carriers, infrastructure providers, cloud platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, and other third-party services to deliver or support certain features.

Third-party services may have their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, and service limitations.

Tenxtel is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

The Tenxtel website, software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, documentation, interfaces, and other materials provided by Tenxtel are owned by or licensed to Tenxtel unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit Tenxtel materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Customers may submit information, configurations, messages, recordings, caller information, or other content through Tenxtel services.

You retain your rights in your customer content, subject to the rights necessary for Tenxtel to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that content submitted or processed through your account does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Security

Tenxtel uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect its systems and services.

However, no online system, telecommunications network, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and taking reasonable security measures when accessing Tenxtel services.

13. Service Availability

We work to provide reliable and continuous service, but Tenxtel services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical problems, carrier outages, internet connectivity issues, regulatory actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that every feature or service will be available in every location or at all times.

14. Suspension & Termination

Tenxtel may suspend or terminate access to services when reasonably necessary, including where:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The account is used for unlawful or abusive activity
  • Payment obligations are not satisfied
  • A telecommunications carrier or regulator requires action
  • Continued service creates a security or operational risk

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenxtel services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or available in every location.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenxtel and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

This may include losses relating to business interruption, lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, missed calls, or loss of business opportunities.
